The House authorization committee provided $ 880 million in credits from the Small Business Administration during the next year, $ 222 million, which was requested by President Bush.The additional resources include a grant of $ 100 million for SBA  ’s 7 (a) loan program, it would be for the reduction of taxes on loans guaranteed by the state of affairs.

Congress - in the Bush administration  ’s request - ended the subsidy in October 2004. The charges are now on credit losses and other programming costs.The grant would be reversed  “measures have had the effect of an increase in financing costs for small businesses to combat ,” said Rep. Jose Serrano, DN.Y., chairs, that the under - Committee has worked in the SBA  ‘S budget.Financed through 7 (a) program is this year, but SBA officials say that the rates of loans not  ‘t the problem. Instead, they cite less demand for small businesses because of insecurity and cuts in SBA loans by some donors.

The commission also rejected the presidents  ‘to stop the application of micro-loans, loans to small entrepreneurs in low-income non-profit organizations, including technical assistance.The SBA has been under-funding of the Financial Services fund bill, the Committee approved the vote of 25 votes June. Final decisions on the SBA  ’s budget won ‘ t at the end of this year, after the full House of Representatives and the Senate weigh in.
